Salmon in sweet chili sauce


Catch salmon or buy a 1 kg salmon fillet, marinate in a glass container in sweet chili sauce, sprinkle some salt, place in fridge overnight.

Barbecue ready ? Brush some oil on the grill or cook both sides a few seconds so the fish doesn't stick to the grill and continue cooking till flaky.

Serve hot with potatoes or rice or ... and some good wine.

A culinary delight !
