Lobster poutine


For fries, cut 3 russet potatoes, coat with olive oil, salt, roast at 375 F for 30 minutes.

Mix 1 1/2 cups of cooked lobster, 200 gr poutine cheese curds,

2 strips cooked, chopped bacon, 1 sliced tomato, 1 tbsp

chopped parsley, top fries with mixture and 1 cup hot gravy.
